COUNSELLING

rogerian counselling is what I practise
My approach is person-centred. I firmly believe that each client is the expert on their own life and has within themselves the skills and resources needed to navigate temporary periods of restlessness, confusion, distress, emotional conflict, or inner turmoil.

These conflicts often arise from a partial or complete loss of meaning, in relation to specific life situations or moments of impasse.

my approach

Practising respect and honouring the client's own pace, while remaining sensitively present to the countless voices and parts of their inner world, offering a mirror and gently reflecting, with warmth, what emerges from our encounter.
my intention
To feel and thoughtfully explore the client's inner world with affection, empathy and care, so that I may come closer to their unique lived experience.

my hope
I hope to accompany the client in the process of inhabiting themselves, reclaiming their own space and time, where their inner parts are not only welcomed, but also able to communicate with one another in harmony.

practical information

A counselling journey typically consists of ten sessions, held every two weeks, with the possibility of adjusting the frequency and duration according to each individual situation.

The first session is generally an opportunity for mutual introduction, during which the counsellor and client can clarify the context and put their agreement into words.

Only if the counselling setting feels appropriate and both parties decide to begin the journey together, the payment for the first session is due at the second meeting.

If, however, either party decides after the first meeting not to continue, the session is offered as a gift from life, in the spirit of genuine curiosity.
